However, due to certain circumstances, some rugs presented to us for cleaning may present an added risk to the rug and therefore requires our customers be made aware of those risks. Quality Rug Services cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In washing and drying, we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender areas of the rug. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains in rugs. We cannot be responsible nor can we guarantee the results of processing rugs that have been per-treated by any chemical substance by our customer.
